writing about food

I didn't think that writing about food would be so hard. After yesterday class, I think that I need to read more about to actually be able to write about it. Any comments on my layout?

    Maybe you could add more color to your layout incorporating the colors used your in photo. Maybe break the box sections with boxes of color with text over top those boxes. Maybe instead of the outlined columns you could put another photo screened in the background with the text over the photo?

    I second Kelly's comment re:color, but I like the idea of the stark contrast created by the page divided in half. It's unusual, hence eye-catching. The word "Alcohol" is starting to fade into the colors in the skillet.
